Job responsibilities
1. Support procurement manager in sourcing and subcontractors and suppliers in Indonesia
2. Archive data, such as invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and invoices
3. PO and payment management;
4. Complete procurement system and process formulation;
5. Performs any related tasks given by the manager
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth company operations
Job Requirement and Qualification
1. Minimum diploma degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field
2. Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
3. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
4. Excellent teamwork, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
5. Proficiency in Ms Office with good familiarity with data analysis
6. Familiar with telco industry is a huge advantage
7. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
8. Good communication in English is a MUST
