On May 25, 2016, “Seminar and Exhibition on FTTH Wiring and Infrastructure Partners Ushering in Their Golden Era of Fixed-line Broadband” held by Telkom Indonesia was grandly held in the capital of Indonesia, Djakarta. Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (Stock Code: 6869.HK, hereinafter referred to as “YOFC”) and PT Yangzte Optical Fibre Indonesia were invited to co-participate in the activity.

Optical fibre products, FTTH products and solutions of YOFC, optical cable solutions and air-blowing micro-cable solutions of AOC and other products were exhibited at YOFC stand and attracted senior managers, including vice president and consumption business director of Telkom Indonesia, general manager of Telkom Indonesia akses, et al. and lots of professional audiences, with active site atmosphere. In addition, on this seminar, eight leading industry enterprises, including YOFC, Huawei and ZTE, etc., attended the seminar and gave a speech. YOFC expert representatives shared and discussed the implementation of consulting service projects recently carried out for Telkom Indonesia with attending guests and audiences.

Indonesia is the fourth largest population country in the world, with a stable political situation and steady economic development in recent years. However, development of the telecommunication industry is relatively slow and rate of internet user and broadband penetration is relatively low. Therefore, Indonesia government makes a national broadband plan to greatly promote internet and broadband development. This “Seminar and Exhibition on FTTH Wiring and Infrastructure Partners Ushering in Their Golden Era of Fixed-line Broadband” aims at improving implementing speed of FTTH project in Indonesia and even Southeast Asia, improving quality of the project and building a strategic cooperation alliance with well-known industry enterprises.
