Recently, according to the official website of China Mobile Communications Corporation (“China Mobile”), 2016 Central Purchasing Result of China Mobile for Common Optical Cable is announced, the world’s leading optical fibre and cable enterprise YOFC ranks first among the 15 candidates for central purchasing tender with a share of 16.77%.

It is learned that, the estimated scale of this central purchasing is about 2,156,965 sheet km, equal to 61143468 core km, including the estimated purchasing scale of about 1,096,222 sheet km from November 2016 to February 2017, equal to 31,312,089 core km; estimated purchasing scale of about 1,060,743 sheet km from March 2016 to May 2017, equal to 29,831,379 core km. Bidding content is optical fibre manufacturing and cable making processing of cables, and demand satisfaction period of this purchase is expected to be from November 2016 to the end of May 2017.
