Marine Communication Solutions Empower a More Sustainable Future

The wave of digitization is reshaping the development landscape across various industries. In an era where the energy revolution converges with digital innovation, YOFC has spotlighted its marine communication and power cable solutions, dedicated to providing global customers with fibre-empowered energy solutions.

In the field of marine communications, YOFC showcased a full range of repeatered and unrepeatered submarine optical fibre cables, along with wet-end products such as submarine repeaters and splice closures with independent intellectual property rights. YOFC's submarine optical cable products are designed for various water depth environments, with a maximum laying depth of 8,000 meters. YOFC has received full-series UJ/UQJ certification for these cables.

YOFC also showcased products such as 220KV AC, 500KV AC, and 330KV DC submarine optoelectronic composite cables. These are used for high-power transmission between the mainland and islands, between islands, and between land and wind farms, facilitating the transmission of clean energy. In addition, YOFC operates a fleet of cable-laying vessels, crane vessels, and wind power installation vessels to offer customers flexible solutions and integrated professional services.

All-optical Smart Vehicle Unveils a New Era of Intelligent Traffic

Unlocking the limitless potential of future mobility, the company has harnessed its expertise to create a cutting-edge smart transportation solution that seamlessly integrates vehicles, rail systems, and optical technologies. YOFC's smart vehicle solution has introduced the groundbreaking concept of the "all-optical smart vehicle." This solution enhances vehicle electrification and intelligence, improves safety and reliability, and reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs by deeply integrating five major technologies: in-vehicle optical fibre communication, vehicle decorative optical fibre, erbium-ytterbium co-doped fibre for laser radar amplifiers, in-vehicle battery fibre monitoring, and silicon carbide.

In addition, YOFC unveiled its latest urban rail transit communication solution designed to address the challenges of wireless coverage across various communication systems within rail transit. This solution ensures "zero blind spot" communication coverage for urban rail networks. It also showcased the intelligent sunlight introduction system, which filters and captures natural light to efficiently illuminate indoor spaces, meeting the lighting needs of public areas such as urban transportation hubs. This aligns with the concepts of smart travel and low-carbon living. To date, several successful applications projects have been completed at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Xiamen North Railway Station.

In the Enjoy Digital Life exhibition area, YOFC vividly illustrated how fibre technology creates an all-optical foundation for smart homes in the digital intelligence era using FTTx solutions and smart audio and video product series, thereby enhancing the quality of the digital lifestyle experience.

YOFC's FTTx solution offers a comprehensive end-to-end package of products and services ranging from fibre, equipment, and connectors to integrated solutions, enabling customers to quickly deploy optical access networks. Moreover, the new generation FTTR (fibre-to-the-room) all-optical networking solution delivers ten-gigabit bandwidth to every corner without loss via invisible cabling and supports simultaneous access for multiple types of devices, fully compatible with scenarios such as 8K ultra-high-definition video, cloud gaming, and smart homes.

Meanwhile, YOFC's high-quality audiovisual terminal connection products and solutions—including HDMI, DP, USB, and audio cables—have successfully facilitated the technical leap from fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) to fibre-to-the-screen (FTTS).
