The Company has established corporate governance, which includes the establishment of the Shareholders' General Meeting, the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors, and the Board of Management.

The Shareholders’ General Meeting consists of all shareholders and is the highest authority of the Company to represent shareholders’ interest.

The Board of Directors is the decision-making organization of the Company, which has regulated operating and systematic decision-making mechanisms.

The Board of Supervisors is a supervision organization of the Company that responds to shareholders' general meetings in order to ensure that the shareholders' interest and the Company's interest are not infringed.
