YOFC has the industry's complete quality management system. In 2012, it introduced a Performance Excellent Model to implement comprehensive quality management. It was awarded the "China Quality Award" in 2017, the "EFQM Global Excellence Award" in 2018, and the ARE-QP Award in 2019, the highest recognition of YOFC's achievements in advancing excellent performance management.

YOFC passed the ISO 9002 Quality System Certification, the first enterprise in the telecommunications industry

YOFC was certified by ISO 9001: 2000, which indicates that its quality management system has developed from the mode featuring an introduction and reference to the one of self-improvement and continuous improvement

YOFC obtained ISO9001: 2008 Certification issued by DEKRA of Germany, further consolidating the building of internal and external quality management systems

YOFC passed the TL9000 Quality Management System Certification for Telecommunications. With the help of meeting the special requirements and measurement standards of the telecommunications industry, it has achieved the purpose of continuous improvement

Implementing Quality Control and Satisfying the Customer
While introducing modern production technology, YOFC has also introduced modern management methods and systems, especially advanced quality management procedures in the industry, so that every production process is under strict and scientific quality control.
To provide users with high-quality products and services, YOFC has carried out 100% testing on the key parameters of optical fibre and cable products. All testing data are automatically collected into the database for easy query and traceability. In the production process, process control is applied to strictly control the critical process to prevent unqualified products from entering the following process.

The company's Quality Department organizes the planning, implementation, supervision, and review of the internal quality management system to ensure that the two quality management systems, ISO9001 and TL9000, can be operated comprehensively, continuously, and effectively.

A specialized Quality Management Team has been set up in the production line. A QMIP system has been adopted, covering raw material procurement, contract review, production, finished product delivery, and after-sales service. This system monitors the quality throughout the process to ensure that the products, processes, and services meet users' needs.
