YOFC takes social accountability management as an integral part of daily operations, through which YOFC constantly improves the social accountability behaviors, observes laws and disciplines, and maximizes improvement of staff working conditions and provision of staff welfare. And meanwhile YOFC imposes influence of social accountability on suppliers and subcontractors, thereby improving the social accountability performances of entire supply and industrial chain.
Prohibit the use of child labor or forced labor, and refuse any supplier or subcontractor who uses child labor or forced labor;
Respect the rights of the employees, and prohibit the use of any form of forced labor;
Provide healthy and safe working and living conditions to ensure safety and health of the employees;
