Research Platform
The National Key Laboratory for Advanced Manufacturing and Application Technology of Optical Fibre and Cable was established under the guidance of YOFC.
It boasts a comprehensive and advanced scientific research platform and system that encompasses diverse areas such as preform-making, wire-drawing, cable-laying, optical fibre and cable testing, optical fibre application, and key equipment technology.

In the aspect of wire-drawing technology research, our lab has designed and developed wire-drawing systems with different functions, screening equipment and automatic control software system.02

In the aspect of cable-laying technology research, our lab has various cable-laying research platforms and test systems which can meet the needs of conventional optical fibre, special optical fibre and novel optical fibre.03
