    Located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, YOFC Baosheng Marine Engineering Company Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YOFC Marine) was jointly established in June 2018 by Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (Stock Code: 06869.HK, 601869.SH) and Baosheng Science and Technology Innovation Co., Ltd (Stock Code: 600973.SH).

    YOFC Marine has a large engineering fleet, including a 4,000-ton crane vessel, an 800-ton jack-up wind turbine installation vessel, and two professional cable-laying vessels. In the field of offshore wind power construction, particularly, we are able to offer services for all engineering construction projects and their post-project maintenance.
