Introduction of the Board of Supervisors
The Board of Supervisors is a supervision organization of the Company that responds to shareholders' general meetings in order to ensure that the shareholders' interest and the Company's interest are not infringed. The Board of Supervisors of the company currently consists of three supervisors.
In accordance with the Articles of Association of the Company, the ratio of representatives of the employees shall not be less than one third of the total number of supervisors. Other supervisors are appointed by the shareholders' general meeting with a term of three years. If re-elected, such supervisor may serve consecutive terms.
