Job responsibilities
1. Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT hardware (computers, laptops, monitors, printers) and software applications.
2. Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (wired, wireless, and servers).
3. Provide first-level technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve user requests effectively.
4. Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure IT assets run efficiently.
5. Document support activities and provide basic training to enhance user digital skills.
Job Requirement and Qualification
1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
2. Strong expertise in computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and server management.
3. Good understanding of network security, backup systems, and software license management.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
5. Proficiency in English (minimum intermediate level); web programming skills are an advantage.
