Job responsibilities


Responsible for the day to day finance and accounting operations
Responsible Handling suppliers and employees account (reimbursement, liquidation and payment)
Collecting of outstanding invoices for both YOFC Philippines and Hongkong
Taxation: On time filling payment for employer taxes obligation
Review of prepared payment vouchers
Responsible for various accounting forms
Update and monitor all financial reports
Assist in the preparation of documents required by manager
Performs any other related tasks given by Immediate Head
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policy and guidelines within the workplace



Job Requirement and Qualification


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
- Detail oriented and organized
- With good oral and communications skills
- Computer Literate
