Job responsibilities


Develop, review, and support the EHS management system.
Oversee compliance with EHS standards and policies in all regions, implementing safety, occupational health, and environmental procedures in accordance with Peruvian laws and regulations.
Deliver safety talks and training sessions for YOFC staff.
Conduct EHS audits (internal and external).
Coordinate the work of the occupational doctor (review of medical examinations, programs, training, and other activities).
Prepare EHS documentation (before, during, and after the project) for regions, for subcontractors and new company projects.
Create and prepare training materials for onboarding and EHS talks.
Supervise the project for mining clients.
Track work-related accidents and their corresponding information in Lima and the provinces.


Job Requirement and Qualification

Professionals of Industrial, Environmental, Mining, Geological, Chemical, Metallurgical, Health and Safety, or Industrial Safety Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
Experience in the mining sector is desirable
Training or specialized studies in EHS with a minimum duration of 120 hours
Certification of high-risk, height, electrical, and other related courses
Advanced English
Intermediate Excel
