Job responsibilities

 

'-Detailed description of daily tasks and responsibilities

-Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of fiber optic materials and equipment.

-Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, and contracts.

-Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to forecast material needs.

-Ensure timely availability of critical supplies for project continuity.

-Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

-Collaborate with logistics to ensure efficient material flow to deployment sites.

-Support budgeting processes and monitor procurement-related costs.

-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and technical standards.

-Verify the quality and specifications of purchased materials.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

-Evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, and service.

-Use ERP systems to manage purchase orders and track procurement activities.

-Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.

-Ensure procurement aligns with corporate sustainability and compliance policies.

Job Requirement and Qualification

 

-Education BACHELOR´S DEGREE

-Minimum experience: 2-3 YEAR SAME POSITIONS

-Technical skills: ERP Systems

-Soft skills: COMMUNICATION SKILLS

-Languages: ENGLISH
