On December 8, the award ceremony of the“2017 Corporate Social Responsibility Ranking in China: Award for Corporate Excellence” presented by CBN was held in Shanghai. Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as “YOFC”, stock code: 6869.HK) won the Award for Corporate Excellence. The Vice President of YOFC, Zhou Lijing has accepted the invitation and participated in the ceremony to accept the award on behalf of YOFC.

Since the debut of the “Corporate Social Responsibility Ranking in China: Award for Corporate Excellence” in 2007, the appraisal lasting for ten years is also the ten years for the appearance, rooting and growing of the social responsibilities assumed by the Chinese companies. This appraisal in this year is themed at “Benevolent Merchant · Responsibility and Impact”, goes through almost half a year of Q&A research, face-to-face interviews with company leaders, assessment by experts, news reviews and the like to finally settle the winners. In the appraisal list of this year, YOFC, Yili Group and Dongfeng Nissan have won the “Award for Corporate Excellence”.
