Fluorine-doped Capillary Tube
The fluorine-doped capillary tube is fluorine-doped by using the plasma chemical vapor
deposition (PCVD) technique to achieve a multi-layer structure with low internal refractive
index and high external refractive index. It is processed by multiple processes and suitable
for medium and high-power fibre optic combiners and photonic lanterns.
