UDF High-density Fibre Optic Patch Panel

The UDF series high-density fiber optic patch panel, based on 8-core and 12-core pre-terminated backbone connec-tions, adopts modular design as a whole, which can be configured with different capacities according to customers'actual needs. It can reach 144-core, 192-core and 432-core cabling density in 1U of space. Besides, the space density can be smoothly upgraded while upgrading the bandwidth.

Characteristics
  • The maximum configuration of the 1U patch panel is 144-core (DLC) or 72-port MPO, while that of the 4U patch panel is 576-core (DLC) or 288-port MPO.
  • Based on normalized design, the same patch panel is compatible with 12-core modules (Base-12) and 24-core modules (Base-8), both of which can be switched at will and configured according to demands to accommodate future network expansion and changes.
  • Knob screws are used to fix cables, and tool-free installation and removal ensures easy cabling operation.
  • LC adapters are equipped with built-in dustproof doors to enhance cabling efficiency.
  • The splitters designed with unique clamping structures and snap caps, and tool-free installation of trunk cabling can facilitatecabling construction and maintenance to enhance cabling efficiency.
  • The product can be applied to fix trunk connections by clamping and binding.
  • The module is pressed to be locked and ejected, which eliminates the inconvenience of plugging and unplugging patch cords in limited space.
  • The stop groove mechanism, together with the handle warning label, can prevent the module from being violently rippedout to break the fiber.
  • The special cabinet with supporting structures enables one person to complete the rack installation, thus greatly improv-ingcabling efficiency and saving labor costs.
