Responsibilities:
Collaborate with local business leaders to drive subsidiary operations and management, enhancing operational quality and performance.
Oversee and manage the accounting operations of the overseas subsidiary, continuously improving the standardization and compliance of financial accounting.
Enhance the quality and integrity of subsidiary financial reporting to ensure accuracy and health of financial statements.
Liaise with local external institutions, leading external audit and tax-related matters for the overseas subsidiary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a large group/corporate setting.
In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Accounting Standards and proficiency in ERP systems.
Ability to read and comprehend English accounting documents and financial reports with strong English communication skills.
Preferably under 35 years of age. CPA certification is a plus.
Willingness to meet long-term overseas assignment requirements.
