2. Key Responsibilities
Responsibility 1: Strategic Analysis & Planning

职位描述 1. 职责 根据公司战略管理流程,参与公司中长期战略规划全流程管理,组织并牵引业务单元战略规划及年度经营计划制定和执行监控,协助建立和完善业务经营管理体系和组织绩效管理体系,促进组织卓越运营。 2. 具体工作 1) 负责公司/事业部中长期战略规划制定、发布、宣贯、执行监控及调整全流程,参与战略管理体系及流程优化,推动完善公司战略管理工作机制; 2) 主导专题市场洞察/竞争分析等相关工作,跟踪收集市场信息,形成定期报告,为业务规划提供支撑,主导并参与相关会议材料输出,参与重点项目前期市场调研和评估,并根据需求输出调研分析报告; 3) 负责推动业务单元年度经营计划制定,参与业务经营分析与管理,参与公司级重点项目的管理,识别重大经营风险,提出改进建议,推动业务组织持续对标及实施改进; 4) 参与制定和优化组织绩效管理体系,包括考核方案、制度、流程、KPI指标库等,组织业务单元和职能部门开展战略解码、组织绩效访谈、定标、签核和兑现工作,并进赋能; 5) 对业务战略执行落地和关键绩效指标进行跟踪和监控,通过经营数据、重大举措跟进,识别关键问题,讨论改善举措,跟踪遗留问题闭环管理,推动重大项目复盘,协助业务负责人进行战略、经营相关风险管控。 3. 任职要求 1) 教育背景 学历:全日制本科及以上学历 专业:通信、经管、金融、投资、财务等相关领域专业 语言:语六级,或托业考试≥550分,或同等小语种水平 2) 工作经验 5年以上战略、经营管理相关工作经验。掌握市场调研、竞争分析、经营管理等相关领域知识;深刻理解战略管理相关知识和方法论,包括DSTE流程、BLM模型、战略地图、战略解码、平衡计分卡等; 良好的中英文阅读和写作能力。 有通信行业售前、市场等相关经验优先。 3) 能力与素质 具有良好的执行能力和领悟能力,良好的沟通、组织协调、与团队协作、辅导教练的能力,良好的逻辑思维能力;情绪稳定能承受较大压力,忠诚度高、原则性强,具有全局意识、服务意识,可灵活应变,有责任心、有魄力。

Job Title: Strategic Management Specialist

1. Job Overview
This role is responsible for end-to-end management of the company’s mid-to-long-term strategic planning process. It involves organizing and guiding business units in strategy formulation, annual operational planning, and execution monitoring. The position also contributes to building and optimizing business management systems and organizational performance mechanisms to drive operational excellence.

2. Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage the end-to-end process of mid-to-long-term strategic planning for the company/business units, including formulation, release, communication, execution monitoring, and adjustments. Participate in optimizing strategic management systems and processes to enhance strategic governance.

  2. Lead thematic market insights/competitive analysis initiatives, track and collect market intelligence, and produce regular reports to support business planning. Drive the preparation of conference materials and participate in preliminary market research and evaluation of key projects, delivering analytical reports as required.

  3. Facilitate the development of annual operational plans for business units, participate in business performance analysis and management, and support company-level key project management. Identify major operational risks, propose improvements, and drive continuous benchmarking and enhancement initiatives.

  4. Contribute to the design and optimization of the organizational performance management system, including evaluation frameworks, policies, processes, and KPI libraries. Organize strategic decomposition, performance interviews, target setting, approval, and incentive alignment for business units and functions, while providing enabling support.

  5. Monitor and track the execution of business strategies and key performance indicators. Leverage operational data and major initiative follow-ups to identify critical issues, discuss improvement actions, and ensure closed-loop management of outstanding problems. Facilitate post-project reviews and assist business leaders in strategic and operational risk control.

3. Qualifications

  1. Education

  • Degree: Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Major: Telecommunications, Business Management, Finance, Investment, Accounting, or related fields

  • Language: CET-6, or TOEIC ≥550, or equivalent proficiency in other foreign languages

  1. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic or business management roles.

  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and business operations.

  • In-depth understanding of strategic management methodologies (e.g., DSTE process, BLM model, Strategy Map, Strategy Decomposition, Balanced Scorecard).

  • Strong reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

  • Pre-sales or marketing experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
