Job responsibilities
1. Control and monitor all equipment, utilities, and facility systems to ensure proper function.
2. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
3. Identify and report equipment or utility issues promptly.
4. Support repair and troubleshooting activities as directed by the superior.
5. Maintain documentation of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Job Requirement and Qualification
1. Age between 25–30 years old.
2. Minimum education SMK in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
3. At least 2 years of experience as a technician in facility or utility management.
4. Strong technical knowledge in equipment monitoring and maintenance.
5. Able to work independently and in a team with high responsibility.
