Job responsibilities


Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlist of qualified candidates.
Communicates with the newly hired for the approved salary package
Endorse hired applicant to agency for the pre-employment requirements and for the contract preparation
Conducts company orientation
Calling selected candidates to do salary negotiation and Job offer.
Send and summarize Monthly Evaluation of local employees
Issue Personnel Action Notice for any changes in employee's status
Ensures the safekeeping of any confidential files
Constant coordination with the third-party agency for any concerns
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines within the workplace


Job Requirement and Qualification


Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or its equivalent
-At least 2years experience in the related field
-Willing to work under pressure
-Detail Oriented and organized
-Discreet and with high value of confidentiality
-Committed to completion of assigned tasks
-Computer Literate
-Knowledgeable in Telecom is an advantage
