Job responsibilities
Process payables for utilities, rents for office and staff house in a monthly basis
Daily monitoring of car usage and drivers' itineraries prior to deployment
Initiates and provides execution in signing legal task for permits and/or contracts relating to business and admin
Constant survey/canvass per supplier and identifies the best price to purchase supplies
Prepare RFP for payables on time
Daily monitoring of office functionality, cleanliness and orderliness together with the utility staff
Establish and maintain office administration database
Preparation and execution for company activities
Performs any related tasks given by Immediate Head
Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines within the workplace
Job Requirement and Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business in Administration or its equivalent
- At least 2years experience in the related field
