Days ago, the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) announced the winners of the 2024 CTBUH Annual Awards, and the YOFC Headquarters Building was awarded the Best Tall Building, by Height, Under 100 meters, for its exceptional architectural design and construction quality. This marks another recognition received by the building from an international authority after the LEED BD+C Gold-level Certification for New Construction, Pro+ Award, and REARD Global Design Award.
Founded in 1969 in the United States, the CTBUH is a non-profit organization focusing on the concept, design, construction, and operation of tall buildings and future cities. The CTBUH Annual Awards program aims to recognize outstanding contributions to the advancement of tall buildings and the urban environment.
According to the winners list, 95 projects won the Award of Excellence this year, including 14 from China, accounting for 14.7%. The winning projects will further compete for the top awards in their categories at the CTBUH 2024 International Conference to be held in London this September, with an award ceremony held for the winners.
