From June 26 to 28 (local time), COMNEXT 2024, the next-generation communication technology expo, was held at the Tokyo Big Sight International Exhibition Center in Japan. At the exhibition, Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as "YOFC", stock code: 601869.SH, 06869.HK) showcased our product portfolio of specialty optical fibres and cables, optical devices and optical transceivers, and consumer electronics, which attracted many customers to connect and engage in discussions. YOFC is committed to leading the industry towards a future of faster and more intelligent communication with its advanced products and solutions.
In the specialty optical fibre and cable exhibition section, YOFC presented many star products, including the "Little Panda" polarization-maintaining fibre for component, erbium-ytterbium co-doped fibre known as "Laser Eye", the "Golden Armor" radiation resistant optical cable used in the irradiation environment, the "Black Tornado" carbon-coated fibre, "Underground Exploration Specialist" oil well sensing optical cable, and "Shallow Water Sentinel" special underwater optical cable. These products can satisfy our customers' diverse and customized requirements.
In the optical device and optical transceiver section, YOFC launched customized optical device products such as fibre arrays (FAs), arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs), variable optical attenuator multiplexers (VMUXs), and MEMS-based variable optical attenuators (MEMS VOAs), with their quality surpassing industry standards and requirements. Moreover, 400G/800G datacom optical transceivers and AOC/AEC series products support transmission rates up to 400G/800G and are available in various packaging forms such as OSFP, QSFP-DD, and QSFP112, which allow users to select what suits them based on specific requirements and scenarios.
In the consumer electronics exhibition section, YOFC launched the world's first fully functional 15-meter Type-C AOC, which supports DP adaptive switching to address limitations in portable devices for video conferencing applications. YOFC also presented the Camera Link 40-meter high-flexibility AOC and the MicroB high-flexibility AOC for machine vision applications. They support over 10 million drag chain cycles and have been widely used in the manufacturing and testing of products like SMTs, lithium batteries, and panels.
Bearing the mission of "Smart Link Better Life" in mind, YOFC will continue to increase its investment in technology R&D and develop more leading products. In this way, we aim to foster the booming new-generation ICT and drive the global optical communication industry towards higher-quality development.
