Project overview

YOFC Qianjiang Science Campus, covering 700 mu (1 mu = 0.0667 hectares), is the first optical fiber/preform industrial park in the nation that applies a circular economy model. With its proven project capabilities in smart campus, YOFC has been assigned to be in charge of all top-level design and overall planning for the park.

• All-optical network and passive optical network for energy conservation
• BIM3D modeling technology adopted in the design for perfect display of the entire park.
• Smart 5A, including office automation (OA), communication automation (CA), fire automation (FA), security automation (SA), and building automation (BA)
• Uniform O&M management of hardware through the Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS)
• Self-developed big data system has been applied for park management to assist park managers with daily operation and allow for unified planning, centralized management, and overall control of the park.
